Am I able to suspend my membership?

You are currently not able to suspend your Learn to Swim Membership. If you do not wish to return, please notify us of your cancellation in writing by emailing askbelgravia@belgravialeisure.com.au

How do I cancel my membership?

Is my class the same as before lockdown?

There may be changes to your class times / day / teacher upon restarting. Our team may reach out to you via phone or email should your class day / time be impacted. Or you can get in touch with the centre by email with your enquiry;

I am not vaccinated can my kids still attend?

Non-vaccinated young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by 1 parent/guardian from their household who is fully vaccinated (2 doses).

I have never been to the centre before can I enrol my child in swimming lessons?

If you were not previously enrolled in our GOswim program, new enrolments will be available to book online, over the phone, or in-centre from Monday 18 October.

When will adult swimming lessons re-commence?

Adult swimming lessons have now re-commenced.

Are all teachers vaccinated?

As per the current NSW Government public health order, all staff in-centre will be fully vaccinated from October 11.

May I change my class / centre / lesson time?

To make any changes to your classes please make contact via email to your desired centre.

Can I watch my child?

Non-vaccinated young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by 1 parent/guardian from their household who is fully vaccinated (2 doses).
